What we collect
When you request a guide, assessment or appointment, we may collect your name, business email, phone number, company, role, enquiry details, appointment information and campaign-attribution data. Our website also receives technical information such as page URL, referrer, IP address, browser/device characteristics and timestamps through necessary website services and advertising measurement tools.
Why we use it
We use this information to deliver requested materials, respond to business enquiries, schedule meetings, operate our Odoo CRM and marketing workflows, measure campaign performance, prevent misuse, improve the website and—where permitted—send relevant business-systems communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Odoo and LinkedIn
Odoo hosts this website and supports our CRM, appointments and email marketing. We use one LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion measurement, aggregate audience insights and potential retargeting. The tag may set cookies or a pseudonymous LinkedIn Ads identifier and share visit information with LinkedIn. We do not intentionally enable enhanced matching on these forms or send form-field contents to LinkedIn.
Sharing, retention and transfers
We share information only with service providers needed to operate this campaign, including Odoo and LinkedIn, under their applicable terms. Some processing may occur outside Nigeria. We retain enquiry and CRM information only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, legal obligations, security and campaign reporting, then delete or anonymise it.
